i have so many questions. spoilers under the cut if you haven’t watched yet.
i personally don’t believe for one hairy second that peter has had some sort of turn around and is suddenly super protective of his long lost daughter. sorry if you believe that. i just can’t. i feel like he’s just up to something, because peter is ALWAYS up to something. that’s just the way he is, in canon. (mind you, the fact that i’m sort of canon divergent, this shouldn’t really matter but it DOES because even though i’n really not trying to follow canon, his personality comes into play right????)
i have theories, which i am not willing to divulge. but there’s no way in hell i would ever believe that he’s suddenly a cuddly teddy bear trying to look out for his daughter.
well, ok there’s exactly one way i can believe that, and there hasn’t been any mention of that reason in canon. aka he got whatever memory back that his sister took from him which was discussed way back in s4. but like i said, that hasn’t been brought up at all, so it’s really a moot point. and if that WAS the case, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IT IS.
so ya, i can’t explain this shit. and because my overactive brain has been trying to figure this RIDICULOUS shit out, i got nothing.
further, if JD really gave peter the redemption arc that bobo wanted back in s2 at this point, i don’t even know what to say. i mean i guess i could deal with that if it’s true, i just don’t believe that it is.
