i know tracing is one of those things you are supposed to practicing to not need but as someone with aphantasia i truly don’t think i could create without a base sketch traced . no amount of proportion practice is going to stop the blankness i see when i’m trying to draw from reference

funnily enough my reference image was mia goth but it got very lost along the way and gave me this. this might be my most technically accurate? except for eyes god how do you make the eyes look a part of the face i’m melting

Improvement comes with regular practice, you're on a great way tbh :> keep going and sometimes look back at your old stuff to see the difference!
