life update my shoulder exploded i had to have surgery on it (horrendous recovery btw) havent been able to work since october bc of it had to spend all my savings being unable to be active+work and financial stress and severe vit d deficiency is tanking mental health but fuck it we ball 😁👍

shoulder surgery in 3 days which means i wont be able to move my arm for 4 weeks and then. extremely limited physio begins

and im. completely alone other than my wonderful boyfriend however feeling insanely anxious bc last two relationships i got dumped in the middle of a significant life event after a good weekend (one of those being awaiting a differntn durgery) and i had a good weekend w him so im scaredt its gonna happen again

also my work tried to get rid of me for being injured abd i had to escalate the situaiton in hr and i love my job so mucb but now idk how im ever going to feel comfortabln there again

and anywyas i have no friends anymore aside from my plder brother that lives two states away and has his own life andninthinkni will jusy explode myksef oay bye
