a friend introduced me to the wonderful world of pose dolls for Clip Studio Paint, so with help I imported a bunch of pokemon models and have been posing them and tracing/eyeballing them for practice :D and dang it is so helpful and such a useful tool, especially with these complicated guys where you also barely see dynamic poses outside the norm with them

so I thought I'd share some of my practice with their respective models

Hc: Arceus got the idea to let each of his children create a pokemon of their own, gifted with a bit of their powers. Dialga made Celibi the onion fairy, Giratina made Marshadow the punchy ghost, and Palkia... well, he WANTED to make something tiny and cute like his siblings... but he sneezed and ended up with the twenty foot tall six armed demon known as Hoopa.

While tragically sad that God split up the Subway Boss twins, I do find it kinda funny that if you think about it, you as the player were not his first pick. Nah, God wanted SUBWAY BOSS INGO.

But unfortunately Arceus either yeeted him into the past WAY TOO HARD or dropped him in the mountains, resulting in him whacking his head, because he got amnesia. And thus was unable to perform the task of meeting all the Pokémon.

So God decided to wait a bit to see if he’d recover but, when he didn’t, realized he needed a new champion to send. But he couldn’t send Emmett, because obviously God really liked the Battle train too, and someone had to keep it running.

So he huffs and sends you. He even chose to drop you on the beach this time around so no hard rocks hit your head. And in case you DO forget, he even upgraded your phone to literally tell your where to go and remind you.

Have these people ever seen what professional weightlifters look like? Eddie Hall, Mark Henry, Lasha Talakhadze…they could all probably crush your head like a melon. 

Try punching that kind of stomach. See how quick your wrist breaks. 

For a Norse god that’s been known for being a warrior who drank a lot and was gluttonous (he literally ate an entire oxe by himself and drank a quarter of the sea), this is a better depiction than any Hollywood v-shaped ken doll. This Thor is an absolute unit.
