Hi! First of all, I absolutely loved the Nessun Dorma skin, and I'm truly grateful that such a wonderful piece of work is free. I wanted to use it for a forum I'm developing, but I have a question regarding the custom Profile Fields. I want to change the names of the abilities, for example, but it shows up as "No information." Where do I change that? I'm new to using Jcink, and honestly, English isn't my first language (even using the translator here). I'm so sorry for the trouble, and thank you

Hello there, Thank you for your kind words! English isn't my first language either so I can understand the struggle, but you're doing fine!

For skill section in Nessun Dorma, due to its value tied to custom profile fields, you can either: 1. Change the Custom Profile Fields that tied to specific section. ACP > User and Groups > Custom Profile Fields 2. Edit it straight into Main Profile HTML. ACP > Skins & Templates > HTML Templates > Main Profile Scroll down or CTRL+F until you find <div class="mpmidskill">, inside you will find 2 span; above and below. Above Span is the skill name that can be edited to 'STAMINA' or 'LUCK' or anything, so Admin and members didn't need to pick one every time for every account. Below Span is the skill level (like A, B. C. D) that can be picked via Custom Profile Fields.

Hi there, I am using your skin for a HP style site, and it is perfect. But I was wondering if there was a way to change the name of the Traits so the writer can pick the trait name and amount? Thanks x

Hello there, Yes, you can change the trait name by accessing: ACP > Skins & Templates > HTML Templates > Main Profile Scroll down or CTRL+F until you find <div class="mp5center">. There are traits like 'Magic Control' and 'Mana Storage' that can be edited according to your board's lore/setting or using custom profile fields so member can insert their own Traits.

I've been working on a site using your new skin but the mobile formatting doesn't seem to be working. On mobile it shows up looking like a standard jcink skin except for the colors which are the same tan/gold/ivory as the desktop skin. Any tips to fix this?

Hello Anon, Sorry for the late reply. Happy Ending and Nessun Dorma are created with desktop use in mind, so I suggest you disable the mobile version via ACP so the skin will load normally even in mobile browser. Currently there is no plan to make them in flexible/mobile version. I'm sorry for this inconvenience but I hope you understand. Cheers!

hello! i love love love your happy ending skin, everything about it is impeccable and i definitely plan to use it! i am wondering if there is a way to have the board default to dark mode instead of light mode?

Hello Anon, Sorry for the late reply. Since the light/dark mode toggle is a script made by other coder, I'm afraid I cannot help you with script. But you can reverse the hex color on light & dark mode from Stylesheet.

Since the skin is firstly created with Light Mode in mind, when reverse it to Dark Mode as default, you might want to troubleshoot it again to fix & match the colors. Especially for some additional sections like custom/posting templates that need to have light & dark color schemes.

I'm personally suggest you keep the light & dark mode as it is since the toggle will stay in your browser cache (if you choose dark mode, it will stay as dark mode even if you close your browser as long as you didn't delete cache). However, you're free to edit it as you see fit! ^^

Patch 1.1 - Fix broken link on Online List in Board Statistic (index) that when clicked, show a not found page.

Hello, thank you for kind Anon on tumblr who informed me there's problem when clicking on Online List in Board Statistic area on Index, it will show a 'not found' page. It is due to error in inserting a link in code.

To new users, I have revised the code and uploaded the correct version back to my Ko-Fi. Please make sure you get the [HAPPY ENDING SKIN - 1.1] version when downloaded.

For those who have downloaded the original version, there is no need to redownload as the fix is pretty simple. Please follow these steps on THIS GUIDE.

hey there! i'm using your happy ending skin & it looks great, however there's a small problem with it! whenever you click the link to the 'online now', it shows an error!! if you click it all it does is takes you to a blank page that says 'not found', i think there might be something wrong with the code. i can't seem to figure out where the code is to fix the error but just thought i'd bring it to your attention!!

Funny enough, I intend to use it for a Three Houses RP and I believe (and this could be a coincidence) that one of the quotes on the skin is from 3Houses, no?

Hello! So far, I only have released Nessun Dorma skin. It has some templates included inside its initial package. You're free to edit those as long as the credits remain intact.

hi forrest! i'm encountering some issues getting the thread/posting templates to work on your nessun dorma skin. it's a really lovely skin and i'm blown away that it's free so i hope this issue can be resolved when you have time! i've double checked that the forums i'm posting in allow dohtml and the css for the posts is in the style sheet so i'm not sure what the cause could be. i hope this summer treats you well and thanks for any insight you might have!
