What to expect from Forsaken Wild: 🌿 All members must be 18 or older (that being said, sexual content is NOT allowed). 🌿 The setting takes place in a North American boreal forest.   🌿 Characters are realistic and mostly traditional.   🌿 There is an overarching plot controlled by admins. Members are welcome to have their own smaller plots.   🌿 Members may make characters in ValeClan or MoorClan. CaveClan is controlled by admins.   🌿 There is no word count requirement but literacy is expected.   🌿 We are an inclusive community and LGBT+ friendly.

asking in advance before the server opens, because i see different servers have different takes on it but: how will your server handle disabled cats, if one were to make one? such as blind cats, deaf cats, mute, limp paw, ect.

Thanks for the question! You are free to make cats who are differently abled. Just remember that these cats live in a harsh environment. We wouldn't recommend making a cat whose disability results in a very low quality of life (if they are unable to walk out of the camp, for example).

Hi y'all! Is there a particular type of horror media you're drawing from to inspire the story?

Hey! That's a good question, and I'm trying to figure out a way to answer that paints a picture without spoiling the plot. As far as horror genres go, its a combination of Monster + Nature + Paranormal + a touch of Body Horror. It's not so much about Slasher horror or gore for the sake of gore.

There are a few specific pieces of media that I've drawn a lot of inspiration from. The vaguest examples would be Annihilation and Darkwood.
