I know it’s a bit obvious, but which tribe would you mainly play with? Overworld, Underworld, Danian, Mipedian, M’arrilian, or mixed?
TBH I might be a mixed deck user. Mainly because I'm the kind of person who just uses my favorites or whoever I think are the most attractive. lol
I feel like I'd have a M’arrilian deck because I'm also into the general Lovecraftian themes they have going on.
Any thoughts on the Chaotic Revival coming soon?
I have! And I am literally PRAYING for it to go well! Chaotic has always been a high potential franchise in my opinion and I can only hope it gets big like it was back in the day!

2: A while ago, I was talking to a friend about something like this. It was about some players organizing a movie party for creature children. They would be showing Disney movies in order so they can visually see the progress of a century of Earth animation.
The kids love it and sing the little songs and the adults think it's fun. (Frozen has been banned from the movie rotation)
Overworlders would be the most open to the experience. Maxxor would be in the back with his arms crossed, stone-faced and enjoying the movie and seeing his people having a great time!

Correct me if I'm wrong, my memory of the show is very fuzzy, is there a player customization mechanic in the Chaotic game? Or is there some way players can take clothing or accessories with them? Because I think that would be really cool especially going off the brothel headcanon.
Like imagine those workers being able to swap costumes and accessories or even cosmetics in between clients. Or maybe general players who developed relationships with monsters being able to wear jewelry out and about.
Chaotic is primarily a TCG. Their WAS Shadow Warriors for the Wii and DS and systems of that era but I don't think they had any customization. I do know they had a really good digital version of the TCG. Not sure if they had custom avatars tho.... Maybe when the actually do the revival.
I can def see players trading accessories to help appeal to a client's taste. A worker could also receive gifts like jewelry from creatures but it likely has to stay in Perim because of how porting to Chaotic/real world works. (For those who don't know, people teleport between Earth, a middle TCG world called "Chaotic" and a third alternate sorta "isekai" world called Perim and it's where all the game characters live.)
That brothel headcanon sounds really lovely and the existence of these types of establishments in Chaotic would make the adult competitive leagues pretty crazy.
Yeah there are some brothel worker players who for the majority of the time enjoy exploration and companionship with the monsters. And then you have some who are just rocking up to tournaments with legendary gear and power monsters in their deck with the skills to back them because you know there will be salty players who look down on the workers for getting stuff easy. In which I like to imagine those brothel players humbling them in battles themselves using mid-grade equipment or, like you said, tell their clients about said problematic players.
YES!!!! It would be an insane league to compete in!! It's really hard to win against someone who knows their creature inside and out. Clay better watch his damn mouth before he becomes Perim's multi-tribal moving target! Get gud.
It'd also be kinda funny to account for the mechanic of varying card stats. I like to think that post-"wrestling" creatures get a general decrease in energy and speed but get a high boost in wisdom. lol
On the subject of exploration, I feel like these guys have very elusive locations scanned. Ones that most players deem too dangerous to attempt like inside a creature's territory or home. Kinda like how in the show Kaz doesn't have a scan of inside Dractyl's nest despite how often he goes there to get scales for H'earring. He just has to climb up every time.
A lot of times when I'm rewatching the show (the episode Bugging Out to be specific), I think about how funny it would be for the group to just barely get let out of trouble with a warning when an adult player they know just kinda appears and takes the punishment for them instead. Little do they know but that creature that pissed off is a regular client of that adult player. Some time later they see that same player just chilling in the port-court and refusing to confirm how they escaped and what happened after they ported out.
I also like to think brothel players generally group up together as friend groups. They give each other tips and solidarity!
Forgive me for rambling....
A head canon that kinda lives in my head as an adult monster-enjoyer is that there is a secretive part of the adult players that formed sort of "human brothels". Creatures pay for companionship with mugic or battle gear for players to be scanned after.
It doesn't even necessarily "need" to be a brothel-brothel. It could be something like the Vertigrese House in Apothecary Diaries.
Imagine receiving creatures and doing things tailored to them so they feel the most comfortable. Like, teaching chess or goh to more military minded creatures like Velreth or Odu-Bathax, learning how to preform traditional tea ceremonies for Raimusa, making a point to make sure your room is kept warm and has natural lighting for mipedian quests and "exotic" Earth candies out danian ones.
lol If you become popular enough, you would quite possibly become untouchable in Perim. You get personal escorts for scan quests or you could tip off your customers of players who "need a good talking to". lol
I'm also really open to questions about this if anyone's interested!!!
How many kids does Maxxer have with his S/O?
I really wanna say 5. but might just be me having a breeding kink.
I like to think his oldest child is a girl. Being half human, she may not be able to do a lot of attacks or use mugic but she's strong willed and a master of soft-power.
@lotusloong and I a while back were talking about how Maxxor would probably have an interest in Earth mythology/literature and think Odysseus(EPIC) would be relatable. He names his first daughter Penelope.
Ohhh how about y/n teaching maxxor about her culture (she's an Arab or Asian somewhere with a very old history you know) and it's super fluffy with a lil spicy ✨
A while back @lotusloong and I were talking showing Maxxor animal almanacs from Earth! He can't read whatever language your books are in so he gets REAL close.
Naturally, you short circuit being so close to a massive green beef cake!

Honestly, I’m surprised there hadn’t been cases about humans getting stuck in the realms unless those got swept under the rag now I think about it.
I wonder who would give a helping hand?
I know there is mention of players getting stranded in the show but there's only one episode about it from season one. But aside from that, we never see humans living out in the wilds of Perim like that kid from Jurassic Park III.
If you ask me it's kinda a waste of potential, since there's just a lot of kid players, they' were def going to get stuck for whatever reason and just go feral over time. Or some kind of orphanage/foundling hospital maybe in Overworld City.
