My name is Michael: Im a senior at Iowa State University majoring in Psychology. I am a research assistant in Medical Entomology on campus so this blog is how I waste my time when I'm not studying or doing research. Someday I hope to get my PhD in neuroscience or comparative biomedical science and would like to research how parasitic infections affect the CNS (in vertebrate hosts) specializing in how parasitic infections affect the vector (on a neuronal basis) to spread infections.
