haiku #23, tathev simonyan
"no matter how much you thought you loved someone, or thought they loved you, you never gave all of yourself. Save 10 percent always, so there was something to fall back on."
- Michelle Zauner, Crying in H Mart
“I was always ashamed to take. So I gave. It was not a virtue. It was a disguise.”
— Anaïs Nin, The Diary Of Anais Nin, Vol. 4: 1944-1947
there are moments when I think and almost feel that someone said that to me because no one had said it to them...we often say things that we want to hear...does that mean they are appreciating me because no one did that to them?
then again I tell myself about how would I feel if someone I loved and cared about thought that I love them because no one loved me
it's a complete cycle if its true.
Filling colours in my thorny roses
my mind is what thoughts possess.
Isn't it everytime?
- no, sometimes,
rarely; less often - "thoughts are divine."
