I know it's been a long time since you've seen any photos from me! Well first, I'll tell you I'm still alive and doing well. Most of my friends, family members, and coworkers have in one way or the other reminded me (almost daily) that I've been majorly slacking on my project. Yeah, you're right, but it all started out with a legitimate distraction due to work obligations, then some travel, and then it morphed into just plain laziness. I'm changing the photo project from a 365 Day project in to a 365 Photo project since I've obviously thrown the whole āday' concept out the window. So you can look forward to more photos, just maybe not daily. :)

Snow day today... feeling so uninspired. This is definitely not my best, but it felt good to post.
Day [085/365] on Flickr.
Well, it's been a week since I posted a picture. I was out of town for work without my camera. Upon my return, I was uninspired and took a couple days off. It felt good to get the camera back in my hands.

I was so excited to see how big the moon was I couldn't wait until tomorrow's full moon to grab the shot... this is full enough for me! ;)

This is a makeup shot for not posting yesterday. I was so tired; I just didn't feel like taking/posting a picture. I took this tonight as I was trying to get a picture of the church's stained glass windows. I love motion blur shots.

So I had a really great idea of a picture that I came up with as I drove by this church.... it was all lit up with an amazing view of the stained glass windows illuminated from the inside. So I ran home, grabbed my camera, and quickly came back only to find the lights behind the stained glass were turned off! You could no longer tell they were even stained glass windows! So needless to say, my great idea went out the WINDOW! Har har! Anyways, you'll have to do with this shot instead! ;)

Day [080/365] on Flickr.
This picture changed from what I originally envisioned to this... the basement workout room is kinda under construction and was such an eye sore that I wasn't happy with all the visual distractions. So, I decided to give the picture a grungy look to it. I was disappointed with the photo at first but since giving it the dirty, grimy, grunge look, I'm satisfied with how it turned out.

Cruising around... why not break out the camera? ;)
Day [077/365] on Flickr.
This church cemetery caught my eye as I drove by it several times this week. I decided to go there today specifically to get the shot. It was incredibly cold and windy as heck... in the mid-20s with wind chill into the upper teens. My hands almost froze off, but I got the shot as the sun was setting.

So I asked for photography suggestions from friends and here's one of them. Thanks Alicia!
