oh dear god has it really been ten months nani the fuck?

OKAY SO UH

i’ve never lost my love for this character and actually, i was planning to come back earlier and watch him celebrate the month of gyftmas but then tumblr decided being horny on main was a Tumblr Crime and was also flagging totally innocent posts, so I wondered if it was like... even worth it.

HOWEVER

i still want to try, and school is just about done, so if tumblr is going to kinda quietly cave in on itself, I guess now is the time to maybe start a new blog? you might remember this is a sideblog linked to a dead blog and I’ve kinda wanted to start over elsewhere so this can be the main one; mostly, the thing stopping me is all the work that entails.

I don’t plan to be leaving tumblr all together anytime soon, so it’s a matter of waiting to see what happens on the seventeenth. and like, also figuring out where Tangerine’s been all these months and stuff.

so stay tuned I guess? if things don’t implode, I’ll likely be turning this (and all other character sideblogs) into an archive and moving properly to a new blog--with the same name--and letting Tangerine go into full Christmas mode there.

so yeah, for now, gonna just see what happens.

On another note, I hate that this is a sideblog for a dead blog I don’t use, so it’s possible that whenever I get a large amount of free time and enough energy, I’m going to make this blog (as well as his vent blog and all other character blogs attached to this account) an archive and open up a new one that’ll actually be a main account. The urls will stay the same whenever I do that but it’ll take several hours, so like, don’t be surprised if suddenly this has ‘-archive’ attached to the end and a new blog is up and it’s a messy jumble ‘cause I’m in the middle of assembling it.

(This process is going to suuuuuuuuuck it’s so much work UGH.)

✨log in to tumblr and the first thing i see after a really cool shark post is… someone making a dramatic statement about dedicating themselves to being the best villain ever? ✨on one hand i should probably be concerned but on the other hand it’s? like? ✨my very first thought was ‘jellie could write something more threatening; this feels like a middle-schooler who wants to be cool and edgy’. ✨i’m not sure if i should look further but right now i’m just sitting here like ‘please stay in school you’ll outgrow this phase i promise.’

I feel like I should add that the reason there’s been no new art is because my tablet super hates this computer and I can’t draw using it, so I have to wait to get a new one.

That’s also why his icon hasn’t changed at ALL in forever, but it kind of works towards Sans Authenticity so I’m actually sorta okay with this for now.

Anyway, I’m definitely making another attempt to be more present and this time I might actually succeed, given that certain things are better and that includes my mental health and just overall energy, BUT I also still have school, so I’m not about to do a victory lap just yet. Tangerine’s very much the same as he was when he stopped posting so much to the Undernet, but he’s a little more stable now. Still easy to kick over with the right phrasing of certain things or certain topics (as demonstrated by that anon the other day) so he’s not exactly what I’d call healthy, but he’s more relaxed.

He’s also totally uninformed of anything going on with any character except Twitch for certain and likely Sharky and Jellie (and I need to talk with those muns first) so! That’s about it; if you want to talk to him have at it hoss.
