Writing Prompt Idea

It's the apocalypse. War is everywhere, disease is spreading quick, food is hard to find, and most water is polluted. But you really don't care because... you are a cat.

I went outside today.

There were people. Lots of people. And they were noisy. And I think the yellow orb in the sky was trying to burn my eyes out.

Best to stay inside from now on.

I just looked at my Goodreads and it says I've read 46 books already this year! I couldn't believe it! I'm 13 books ahead of my goal for the year.

I think my favorite one so far this year has been The Salt Grows Heavy by Cassandra Khaw. The one I liked the least (almost DNF'd it) was Model Home by Rivers Solomon.

What is one series that you think every book is just as good as the first one? I'll go first: The Ernest Cunningham Mysteries. I haven't read the last book they put out yet, but all the rest had me laughing all the way through them!
