[Out of character announcement]
Hi everyone!
I want to make a little out of character announcement because I've had a lot of thoughts and taken some decisions concerning streaming and I want to be honest with you all.Ā
Ever since I announced my debut stream, I started feeling a lot of pressure. I felt unprepared, that i wasn't ready for VTubing on YouTube, even with everything planned out. I felt like it was too late to turn back and had a lot of mixed feelings. I almost self-sabotaged myself.Ā
So I will sadly announce that I'm cancelling my YouTube streaming debut.
I apologize for the trouble and for deceiving people, but I've felt so pressured by the thought of doing it that it's the best course of actions to take. I hope you all understand.
I started this account as a small independent streaming character mostly for myself and my friends. I think i shouldn't have let that go beyond me, but at the same time I blame the pressure I put on myself because of how YouTube presents streaming.Ā
That said... I am not outright cancelling streaming all together. I want to stream and I will stream as an occasional VTuber!
So I'm announcing that I will start streaming on Twitch instead! I'm more used to how this platform works and it will give me some basis to start.
I will not do a debut stream there. Maybe I'll have an introduction sequence on the first few streams, but otherwise I want to jump right into gameplay. But now, I want to ask everyone a question:
I plan to stream Hades blind, discovering the game in real time.
Do you think I should start streaming tomorrow (10/28, Wednesday) at 9 PM GMT in the place of the debut YouTube stream I planned, or do you think I should start later, say, on Thursday or Friday? If you could reply, that would be great.
