Strong   emotions.   The   messy   ones   people   try   to   hide   like   grief,   longing,   that   ache   right   before   someone   breaks   or   confesses   something   real.

He   always   hesitates   for   a   second   before   answering,   as   if   he   wants   to   sense   the   emotions   behind   the   question.   Most   of   the   time   when   he's   amused,   interested  or   simply   thinking,   he's   cupping   his   chin   and   his   lips   form   a   charming   smile   that   rather   unsettles   someone   or   draws   one   in.   Sometimes   he   wipes   clean   glasses,   just   to   keep   his   hands   busy   and   if   someone   leaves   after   opening   up   too   much...   he'll   stare   at   the   door   a   moment   longer   than   necessary   as   if   he’s   checking   what   they've   left   behind.

Hmm,   Minhyun   leaves   a   silent   but   palpable   trail   of   pain,   one   that   goes   unnoticed   at   first.   He's   someone   who   makes   others   feel   seen,   without   even   realizing   it   himself.   He   listens   intently,   remembers   too   much,   notices   the   slightest   nuances   in   tone   of   voice,   the   things   people   try   to   hide.   In   his   presence,   people   thaw   without   realizing   it.   They   open   up   and   confide   parts   of   themselves   to   him   that   they   would   otherwise   keep   to   themselves.   It's   in   his   nature   that   he   leaves   a   mark   like   that.   And   they   try   to   find   that   again.   People   love   after   him   with   more   mindfulness   or   even   more   desperately   in   a   desperate   attempt   to   rediscover   that   deep   connection   once   more.
