Day 3....still on ii
Weighed in at 11.7 4/3 amazingly after last night huge rump steak and 6 cand of Stella.....oops. But back on track today Breakfast one slice dry toast Mint tea Pineapple and grapefruit tea Black coffee Lunch fruit salad Herbal teas and 2 litres of water In a hungover haze this morning I started day fours menu instead of day 3 so hoping I still lose the 14lb Dinner tonight 2 eggs and salad Usual walking exercises as last two days
Day 2 Jamie Duncan diet
Weighed in at 11.9 3/4 miraculously lost over night 😄😝 So today. Breakfast 1 free range hard boiled egg and a red grapefruit Lunch 1 slice of seeded brown bread. 7 cherry tomatoes heated in microwave and a grilled chicken breast with some chilli flakes on it Drinks included 2 x black coffees Swig of grapefruit juice Sainsburys double mint tea extra special herbal tea 3 litres of water Dinner same salad as last night but with steak Walked 5.6 miles. Wonder what scales say to me tomorrow Roll on next Wednesday San Miguel for breakfast woop 🍸🍸🍸🍸🍸🍸
Jamie Duncan diet day 1
So weighed in at 11st 11lb and 1/4 this morning.
Walked 35 mins to work 1.8
Missed breakfast which should have been a slice if dry toast with a grilled tomato. Instead at 10am I had a pink lady apple a black coffee and a lemon and ginger tea.
Lunch consisted of a fruit salad made with 2 apricots. 10 blueberries. 5 strawberries and 6 raspberries.
Black coffee 4 litres of water Lemon and ginger tea
Walked home 1.8 miles
Dinner 2 free range Hard boiled eggs and a salad made up of rocket. Lettuce. Tomatoes. Beetroot. Cucumber. Lemon juice dressing
Walked dog 2 miles Had a grapefruit and a black tea! Day one done…..
Tomorrow starts my hardcore week diet for Ibiza. Blogging my progress and weight loss.
