We photographed sadness in that difficult October, when it was hard for everyone. In an already sleeping field, I found the last daisy and recognized it as a symbol of hope and light that we must preserve within ourselves — especially in dark times. I captured it in these photographs and still look at them sometimes. May hope and light live inside you too. Don't let autumn consume you.
