“ actually, i would. ” of course, this would be the response frankie had been anticipating. “ i would, however, be sorely disappointed that you didn’t enlist my help. you know that concealing murders in my forte. ” jules’ eyes flitted towards the object in question once more. “ what an exhilarating day you appear to be leading. ”
“good,” absolutely delighted with herself, and jules’ response, frankie’s grin was as wide and as toothy as the cheshire cat’s as she continued, in a slightly more playful tone, “i’ll be sure to clue you in, in advance, next time. if not just for you to bring some quality silverware to carry out the deed with, instead of this weak canteen cutlery.” she held up the butter knife, a little, almost chancing a dramatic twirl of the blunt blade before deciding she’d be better off not doing so. “why thank you. it certainly appears more exciting than yours-- are you making a habit of standing in corridors and questioning peoples cutlery choices?”

There was a short silence between them and it was when Carmen offered the other a short smile. Though it wasn’t the kind of smile she’d usually show her. Like when she was in a teasing or flirty banter, no, this one was different. One that told the other, she understood and that nothing else needed to be said. “Aw, so you’re telling me, there is no way, I can get you to tell me?” she asked, and while to any random person, that question itself would’ve been build like a threat, to Frankie it was just another light tease. “What if I am?” she countered, growing only closer as the staring between each other seemed to intesify, and the only thing sepearating them would be the firewood in her arms. Carmen hadn’t forgotten why they were there in the first place, and as it grew darker and colder, she hadn’t forgotten either that she didn’t care. It wasn’t like Athena or Madison would venture to look for them. “Not now. Not ever. Question is; would you?”
“Not even if you begged,” she teased right back with a sickly sweet smile she usually reserved to couple with a menacing statement of some kind, but of course, she wasn’t about to do that here and now. One of those many things Frankie liked about the girl was, Carmen had never given her any reason to be the person she was with everyone else. It was refreshing. “I wouldn’t be surprised, that’s for sure,” she murmured, her voice dropping as the other grew closer. With less distance between them, now, her gaze was beginning to stray, and though Frankie knew they were doing a job-- but unfortunately for their teammates, some way aways, she’d really lost interest in the past few minutes. The time between Carmen’s confirmation of what she already knew, and Frankie’s own movement, wasn’t much-- she was far from hesitant, as she closed what distance had been between their lips. There was no hormonal make out urgency to the kiss-- there was no rush, after all, when neither really cared-- and it was only after a few, lengthy moments had passed that she pulled just a small bit back, to breathe, “Was that answer enough?
All the ones that have a 5 in them
5. Do they have any siblings? What’s their names? What is their relationship with them? Has their relationship changed since they were kids to adults?
Frankie has two siblings, one older, one younger, named Archibald (Archie) and Georgia (Georgie) respectively. There’s not much of an age difference between them all, but, her relationship with both has never been particularly good-- rather than adopting a typical sibling closeness (or even a typical sibling rivalry), she, Archie & Georgie have always been closer to business associates, thanks to their mother’s constant drilling of her plan into their heads. Each of them had their own tasks to carry out, one goal which they were to achieve in their future, and this put them in three different positions which didn’t allow for them to develop any bond, but a lot of jealousy, especially Frankie, who’s always felt as if she would be much better suited to Archie’s task than her own. Though they’ve taken to sticking to each other like glue, now they’ve arrived at school, it’s all for show-- they couldn’t be more distant, and all of them are working towards their own personal goals at this point. Georgie reports on Archie and Frankie, Frankie undermines Archie and is working towards taking his leadership position, and Archie, mostly clueless, is simply doing his best to be the dutiful son his mother raised.

upon clocking the glistening object within the other student’s grasp, jules eyed them with a suspicious stare. “ not that i care too much, but why are you carrying a knife through university halls? ”
“good question. would you believe me if i told you, i’ve just committed a heinous crime, and, i’m trying to dispose of all the evidence before it’s discovered?” it would have been wholly believable, too, if it weren’t for the fact that the knife in question was about as blunt as she was, “what do people use butter knives for, jules?-- hint, it has something to do with buttering.”

Cas wasn’t deterred by what he assumed was meant to be an insult. In fact, he found it more entertaining than anything and simply laughed. “What, and pass up all of this?” he joked, gesturing to himself with a grin. “The date I got planned doesn’t start for a little bit, so we’re stickin’ around the party before we go.”
“I’m sure they’d get over the loss,” he joked; she didn’t. Or at least, she didn’t sound as if she were-- in her own way, she was playing along, but, it wasn’t easy to tell, “So... you’ve lost them in the crowd? Forgive me-- it’s just, I don’t see this date of yours around anywhere, and, I’ve been told that when you go on a date, you stick by each others sides. Not ask other people to dance.”

tricksnriddles:
Carmen tilted her head as she tried to figure out what she meant with her answer, as she waited for Frankie to elaborate more on it– If she wanted to. She wouldn’t push if she didn’t, it wouldn’t be fair considering the blonde hadn’t done that to her. It was specially… interesting. Granted– Carmen hadn’t talk to any of Frankie’s siblings, but she’d seen them before.. Always glued to the other. The only time when she didn’t was when the middle Mallory was with her. “So you could say there’s more?” she teased, trying to fight a grin, but being specially hard as the shorter one had one of her own. “Absolutely nothing to worry about. And by the sounds of that I shouln’t either, and I won’t.” At the blonde’s words, she chuckled lowly and smirked, “Is that a challenge, Mallory? Because it kinda sounds like it.” The wonderlander asked, leaning down to shorten the distance but not too close as she locked gazes, almost daring her to look away, “And you should know how much I love challenges.”
Sometimes, they seemed more similar than Frankie could have ever thought. They might’ve been raised differently, had different family structures, different situations, full stop, but, even their reactions to when family was brought up in conversation were akin to each other. The feeling that maybe Carmen understood, in a sense, was nice-- she didn’t have that with anyone else. Not even Jules. “I could. But where would the fun be, in laying everything out for you, here and now?” Even if it were rhetorical, more than anything, if it had an answer it would be obvious; there was no fun in that, at all. She couldn’t have been more delighted with their agreements, her chuffed smile impossible to shake, even as Carmen drew that bit closer. It was only when they were like this-- inches from the other, waiting to see who’d cave first-- she genuinely didn’t hate the fact that Carmen was that bit taller... in fact, she kind of liked it. “That depends. Are you taking it as one?” Squaring up to her, gaze on Carmen’s own and never budging, she added, “You wouldn’t let me down, now, would you?”

The blonde was having fun with this, so Cat figured she’d play along. “Uhlrigh’ yu goht mih.” She said batting her eyes over-dramatically, trying to seem innocent, but sarcastic. “Yu migh’ bih ma taip, bu’ then ah guess insuffrabul an’ drae is everyone’s taip.” Cat stated. “Unfortunatleh, da stench ov your sour igoh is tu much fer mih tu handul.”
“You have a stinging comment or two in you, I see,” Frankie put one hand to her chest, resting it over her heart as she fixed a very sad frown on her face, the only thing the whole act was lacking being sincerity, “I’m hurt, truly. Here I was, giving you a tip out of the kindness of my heart, on what to lose when speaking to potential bed partners-- and you go and act like this. I’ll just keep them to myself in future, I suppose.”

catswillothewisps:
The blonde had walked right in front of the guy Cat had hoped to talk to at the same moment she made her flirtatious statement. “Well, ah guess it’s a gewd ting da offir wasin fer ya.”
“You don’t have to try cover yourself,” she was nothing if up herself, and, whether or not Cat was telling the truth-- which, she suspected she was, but was already having too much fun-- Frankie was going to be her usual self, “I know I’m every one’s type, and on a good day, you’d be mine, but... that smell of desperation is far from hot.”
castorsilver:
Cas snorted out a huff of laughter. “What can I say, maybe it’s just my devil may care attitude,” he joked, chuckling at his own joke.
“...- That pun was hellish,” she’d debated answering with another disgusted Frankie-ism, but, past experience had taught her that in some cases, that only made puns come at a more steady rate. Instead, “Weren’t you one of those bachelors, auctioned off earlier? Don’t tell me you’ve driven off your bidder, already. That’d just be sad.”
