Happy Halloween!
I swear, I can see the disappointment under the mask... D:
Credit to Andi for the creative title :)
Comic inspired by “angry teammates” I played with over the weekend! :D
NOTE: I rarely call anyone names because to me, “skill” has to do more with experience, understanding of gameplay, and twitch muscles (genetics). Much of that can come with dedication, research, and practice - and not everyone has time to do that.
If the game goes badly, especially if it is not a ranked game, I usually just shrug it off. Or if it’s a heated match, I just stew in it. I mean, if we aren’t there to advise less experienced players, verbally abusing them is not going to help them play any better.
Sorry for the delayed comic: new comic coming up this Thursday! :)
It’s a hobby. It doesn’t have to be social. It should be something you enjoy doing. Or at least, I think so...
I admit, I saw this guy around the fleet several times and I did not make this connection to his name and its meaning until about a few months later… lol :)
Repost!!! :)
Because I’m a Jedi... not a “bro.”
Note to readers: My computer is working (sorta) again. The comics continue~~~
Alt ending. Which one can you relate to more?

My Fear vs. Reality (Travel Edition) - Part 3/3
Travel Edition: Part 2/3
Why I don’t stress out myself with “Learn (insert language) in 30 days” books anymore...
I mean, it’s definitely good to learn a couple of basic phrases: hello, goodbye, please, thank you, you’re welcome, where is..., how much..., what is..., numbers, toilet, taxi, currency, passport, airport, etc. But other than that... most of the people I have met in foreign countries just speak back to me in English. Moreover, my pronunciation is... atrocious.
-___-;;
Because I just CANNOT fall asleep when it matters...
(I’ll be traveling for about a week to Paris. I’ve prepared three comic strips this week for Tuesdays and Saturdays about my personal fears vs. realities of traveling. Hope you enjoy them!)
And OMG, I want to do another Heroes of the Storm comic... >_<
Has this happened to you? Guildies who keep talking, and talking... and talking.

I have been playing Heroes of the Storm (HotS) for over a month now. The characters are very straight forward to play with, but mastering the game itself requires a lot of teamwork, strategy, timing skills, and understanding of the game play.
By no means am I even close to a high ranked player. However, I wanted to share a clip of one of my most favorite troll character I enjoy playing: Murky.
Murky is one of those characters I consider “guilty pleasures.” He’s a complete troll. While he has the lowest health pool in all of the characters, each of his death is considered a 0.25 kill instead of a full 1 kill. He spawns after a 5 second cool down right after his death at a “secret” location where he laid his egg. Thus, many consider it pointless to kill Murky as a primary target because he spawns back so quickly anyways. If the opponents find and destroy Murky’s egg along with Murky, his death is considered a full death and his spawning time will be much longer.
However, leaving Murky alone to damage forts is not a smart move. His area attacks (sliming and area blasting a radius with his pufferfish) can cause heavy damages to opponent’s forts/buildings, and will help Murky’s teammates in reaching to destroying the Core (destroy the Core first = win).
I gave him an Easter bunny-theme skin, which is why he has white rabbit ears and he’s carrying a flower bouquet and a basket of colored Easter eggs. I chose Octo-grab as his Heroic ability – basically you grab one opponent of choice for 3 seconds with an octopus leg while you slap him/her with a trout (but in my case, a bouquet). His abilities are so silly - I love playing with him!
Andi made this clip for me last night. Hope you enjoy it and try a bit of HotS too!
Current news this week:
SWTOR gamers probably already heard of this, but in case you didn’t~~~
Knights of the Fallen Empire, SWTOR’s next expansion, is Bioware’s attempt to go back to their roots as a company that produces video games with great storytelling. There will be conversation decisions that will apparently have actual consequences. However, earlier this week, Bioware also announced that they will be increasing the level of all old operations to level 65, the new level cap in KotFE. While that is great news, there will also be no new operations with KotFE.
I do understand for new players, this decision makes old content relevant. However, for older SWTOR gamers like myself, it’s a bit disappointing because I have less (or not much) to look forward to.
On the other hand, SWTOR story continues next week…
First raid dilemma...here it goes...
For a more complete write-up, visit: http://www.catandcoffee.net/comic/swtor-first-raid-dilemma/
Thoughts addressed in the write-up:
1. If someone in your raid group dies, is it always/mostly the healer’s fault?
2. Becoming good friends with people in-game you have never met...
