PCQO: Burnaby General Hospital Did Not Follow Proper Cleaning Protocols During COVID-19 Pandemic

A complaint was recently launched against Burnaby General Hospital [Fraser Health] after a patient, admitted to their Emergency department in January, found it to be unsanitary during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In their findings (below), Fraser Health’s Patient Care Quality Office says that proper cleaning protocols were not being followed by housekeeping.

Warning About Dr. Jerome Lee [Fraser Health Psychiatrist]

Before you trust Dr. Jerome Lee, all past, present and future patients need to be aware that he has a history of communicating with third parties/strangers on the internet about his former patients and then advises said third parties to keep said communication confidential (probably because he knows it's unethical to be doing it in the first place.)

Below is an example of some of the communication he has had with a stranger online about a former patient. Name of patient has been redacted to protect their privacy.

This is unethical conduct for a physician.
