funniest francis book update ever: executive non-functioning got so bad i spent over a week and counting putting off replying to their last email to ask how the hell i should pay them when a bank transfer won't work. i got an email from royal mail the other day that they sent it again and it's in england rn. lol. thanks guys

francis book update: they have finally gotten back to me and have given me an invoice for the payment i for some reason have to make them to ship an item that THEY are the reason couldn't arrive.

now what's really fun about all this is that in order for me to make the payment, because it's going to an international company and i obviously don't have a business account with my bank that's set up to make such payments, i have to either fill in a form and get my ID verified over the phone or go into the fucking bank and do all of this in person. to pay €24 of shipping fees to cover THEIR FUCK UP!!!!!

further update: in order to make this payment i would have to pay another £25 in transaction fees. at this point francis can just keep his damn book i don't think i care anymore
