My health journey isn't perfect. Sometimes I eat the cake, or the big dinner, or eat a whole chocolate bar in one evening. Y'all have seen the pictures. But, I'm REAL!! I'm certain to fail if I restrict myself completely, I know myself. Plexus helps me tremendously and I'm improving with time. Could I do better? Yes. Am I happy with my progress? Absolutely. No front, just being real!
