[ It was one thing for Stuart to be left in the house all by himself on a school night, their father usually doing whatever work he could at the station and Stiles usually out somewhere with Scott. But for the elder of the twins to be left there, all alone while his brother was missing and told not to leave the house so nothing would happen—Stuart wasn’t having any of it. He wanted to be out there, wanted to help with whatever he could, and after a long talk with his father about everything that’s happened in the town, he was persuaded to sit quietly and make sure that all doors were locked and that he was safe. Stuart understood none of the whole supernatural aspect, couldn’t even find it in him to wrap his mind around it, but the Sheriff had done his best to explain it to him ad that was all he could really ask for, What he would have rather gone without, though, was Scott texting him and telling him that someone was coming over to look after him. And not long after did he hear a knock at the door, signalling that that person was there. The elder of the twins begrudgingly walked down the stairs and unlocked the door, opening it to see the mentioned someone standing there. ]

“So you’re the watchdog they sent over?”

[ Eyebrows raised up Isaac's forehead when the door was opened. It was surreal to see someone that looked so similarly to Stiles. He breathed air in through his nose, noticing the difference in scents between Stiles and Stuart before he let it out as a small sigh. This was gonna be a long night and that was made completely clear when the shorter teenager called him a watchdog. The rude observation drew a mean smile to Isaac's face, it was all teeth and almost a sneer. ]

“No, I'm the pizza delivery boy.”

[ He couldn't help but snark at the boy that looked so much like Stiles, it was pure habit. And It was only after he rolled his eyes that it sunk in that he should probably try to be nicer to Stuart, he wasn't Stiles. Awkwardly he hovered there, awaiting the invite inside. ]

“Isaac and yeah, I guess I'm keeping an eye on you.”

Stiles wished he could take pain like Scott could. He felt so useless watching the other wake up and suffer like that, even worse from a pain he had caused. Stiles had hurt him like that, intentionally or not, and he hated it. Which was maybe why he was here, although people were looking for him everywhere.

[ Isaac's sky coloured gaze landed on Stiles for a moment before his eyes fell shut again. He tried to shift, get in a more comfortable position only to pause halfway through. His breath hitched in his throat before he produced a quiet pained noise. ]

“What are you doing here? Where's Scott?”

[ He tilted his head to watch Stiles through half mast eyes.Stiles was the last person Isaac expected to be worried about his health, they never really got along and constantly butted heads over Scott.. ]
