hiro shimono cult meeting in session — heisuke & aoba
…Son?
”…Son…”
Somehow Heisuke was relieved to hear that. Under any other circumstance, he’d probably cringe or even scoff at the word, but not today. No, this was an occasion to be celebrated. After all this time living in seclusion, he no longer had to suffer the many annoyances of living alone. Granted their relationship had not begun in the most favorable way, he was still optimistic that living with someone who thought him crazy was better than being alone.
He grabbed Aoba’s shoulders with firm hands, tears of joy and relief welling in his eyes.
”It’s nice to meet you too," he blubbered, "I’m Toudou Heisuke.”
His overwhelming elation couldn’t be contained any longer. He pulled his son in for a hug. A mighty hug. A hug so mighty one may even call it suffocating. Of course, Heisuke had no idea the force he was exerting. His attention was focused elsewhere.
“Just call me Daddy!" He cried, and in the poor boys ear no less. For someone who was determined to form a healthy relationship with his new housemate, he sure was making himself out to be an unbearable presence.
This guy was all over the place. First his fiance, now him? It was like there were tons of little copies of Mairu running around everywhere. What did he do to deserve this? Especially with this dude holding him like he was a five year old. Bro, I’m fifteen, not four, hands off the goods. But who knows what this stranger would do if he didn’t hug back. He seemed unpredictable..
He hugged him. He hugged a guy he’d known for about twenty seconds. Without knifing him from behind. New record! Aoba pulled back, dusting himself off a bit, and smiled at his father. What an annoying prick..
✖ ”I think I’ll stick to “Heisuke-san”, but I appreciate the offer..”
Jesus christ, it was like living with a five year old in an adult’s body! Maybe he shouldn’t have expected more after all. Was this his personal hell? His repentance for committing all those heinous crimes? Maybe he could solve this problem by lighting the apartment on fire, too..
