as far as i know, its been around since late 2025? the oldest video ive found that uses it is from febuary of this year, and its an edit of that one voca/utauloid/synthv kid who was used for a song about large fish. 'fish' actually meaning dick

and yeah, it seems like it is being used for subtle pedo content, but it also says its a nazi dogwhistle aswell? somehow? i think it has no good meanings at all.
