what are your thoughts on the canon archangels? :o and what do you think it’d be like they met with your au’s angels?

this question is a bit complicated, because i havent explored the canon bros characters much, but we can try...

michael is probably a very mysterious one, and seems to know more than any angel. he carries some sorts of secrets. michael is probably the only archangel who doesnt obey the council. but i think, michael ultimately means no harm, and hes just... very quiet

phanuel is very smart and wise, he likes playing board games, especially chess. sometimes phanuel is a bit of a killjoy. also phanuel has a great memory, and he will remember each time someone did something bad to him. he's not exactly vengeful. he just likes to be the one to have the last laugh

raphael is very interesting... he seems to be very empathetic and compassionate. but judging from his mask, i think he might have some unpredictable mood swings, which push people away from him. he struggles to genuinely understand somebody's pain. its hard to say whether he's a healer or a warrior, probably both. despite his mood swings, in normal state has a very pragmatic way of thinking

so what would happen if they met?

the two michaels just wouldnt talk to each other.

uriel and phanuel would play chess, uriel losing badly to phanuel

the two raphaels would try to help other angels with something, but eventually theyd probably have an argument because they have different opinions on things

ok! michael is from the Angelic Brethren AU, an AU i created before the canon archangels came out! you can find more stuff ab them in the posts tagged with #angelic brethren !

michael is gabriels brother, theyre the same age. once michael was a warrior and the brightest angel of heaven. but since the council appeared, they got rid of him because he was weird, too quiet and they didn't deem him the right angel to be a warrior. so, he got crucified, with raphaels (his another brother) help

P.S. i still kinda wonder if i should continue working on the angel bro au? now they dont fit into canon, so my thoughts on continuing their legacy were:

1. giving the canon Archangels a similar lore to the angel bro au

2. making the brothers stay but... just under different names? but that doesnt seem fitting cuz their original names have a LOT of meaning...🤔🤔
