So I got a message from Anon a few hours ago. I won't quote it, but I'm sure they'll know what I'm talking about

first of all, I don't know how old you are or how long you've been drawing, but I can tell you value art a lot and like Hazbin~Adam stuff

You might already be aware of this, but I still gotta say it again. Never be harsh on your own art, and never focus on numbers on social media!

there are so, sooooooooo many people who literally do way better than me from any point of view, even in the Adam fandom of course, and if you keep thinking about me instead of just moving on, think about what it is in the drawing that makes you feel that way and how to get there yourself

obsession in this modern day is a muse. just don't use it to burn yourself, use it to motivate yourself. And never say useless. I can easily name artists who get hundreds, thousands of comments on almost everything they make. aren't we all useless from that perspective. what even is useful art anyway? (taking some real-life benefit from art is a whole different story btw!)

Some things, people, just exist. so just.. enjoy it. try to learn from them if there's anything you want to achieve. praise other artists who you think deserve more. really. It might take time, but you'll move forward and leave me behind eventually
