“night noises”
@liikesomekindaphxntom
Send “night noises” for a starter where my muse is being very noisy in the middle of the night.
When someone is a 50-foot-tall metal robot, being quiet was difficult at the best of times. It is somehow made worse when that 50-foot-tall metal robot was actively trying to be stealthy, because this particular giant was about as good at being stealthy as a landmine.
Not that the giant was intentionally destructive, but when he was actively trying to be sneaky, his motions unconsciously became more exaggerated, making him more likely to knock things over.
He grimaced and looked around anxiously at the third mailbox he managed to accidentally smash. He had just come here to take one car to eat it, that’s all. He didn’t want to draw attention to himself like this.
Reblog this if you wait patiently for replies and respect the other mun enough to understand that muses can become selective at times in replying to certain threads, as well as ooc life becoming far too busy at times.

Skylie wasn’t sure how it happened. All she knew was that she’d been moving through the woods in search of her missing brother when she heard a loud bang and pain blossomed in her leg. The albino child had bolted. Running hard.
Now, exhausted and dazed by blood loss, she was forced to stop. But before she could close her eyes to rest, something big approached her. VERY big. Pink eyes slowly trailed up. And up. Aaaaaand up. Until she realized she was looking at a giant robot. Fear left her mouth dry. Eyes went wide. But she had no strength left to cry out. All Skylie could do was hope he would not harm her.
The giant waited until the girl had situated herself on his palm. Only once he was fairly sure that she wouldn’t fall off did he unbend his knees and stand up to his full height.
He peered around anxiously, wondering which direction to go in. He knew that humans went to buildings called “hospitals” when they got sick or injured, but he would need to find one first. At the very least he needed to get this girl to other humans.
He decided to just start walking in a random direction. Humans were plentiful enough that if he just kept walking, sooner or later he would hit a town or city.
Reblog if you’re okay with having multiple threads with the same RP partner!

The giant nodded without hesitation. He would never leave someone who needed his help, especially not a child. The idea was simply unthinkable to him.
Slowly, he placed his hand palm-up on the ground, allowing the girl to climb on at her pace, if she even wanted to climb on at all. He still didn’t know much about how humans worked, but he knew that they were small and fragile, so picking them up between his fingers was not a good idea.

Keith was not in a good way. There were still a few Galra outposts on Earth. He was separated from his Lion, and exhausted from the fight he just had. One less outpost in the area. But now a new question arose. What were the Galra doing here of all places? It was just solid woodland here. The odd broken down shed here and there, scrap metal lying around, but other than that nothing significant.
The wounded, tired young man trudged along to investigate. What he found nearly had him tripping over his own feet trying to get turned around to back up. A giant robot. But… Clearly not of Galra or Altean making. Seemed to have a consciousness of its own.
Wary, he drew his blade. Keith started backing up. Keeping his fierce violet eyes trained on the robot.
The giant didn’t even notice the smaller being at first. He was too busy at the time, collecting pieces of the scrap metal that people tended to throw out in that area. It took a while, but he had trained himself not to just inhale metal on sight, especially now that he didn’t have a human friend to provide him with an inconspicuous means of gathering it.
It wasn’t until he happened to turn in the right direction that he even noticed the silent figure standing on the edge of the clearing. For a while, he just stared back at him, his head tilted in confused curiosity.
After a moment, he lifted one hand and waggled his huge, metal fingers in an awkward, wordless greeting. He had never really been very good at speaking, and this human was much different from the ones he normally saw. He wasn’t sure what else to do.

The giant had been minding his own business, looking for a spot he had found the other day, where humans liked to dump old cars and tractors, when he had heard a gunshot. He hated that sound, having had bad memories associated with it, but before he could turn away and head in the opposite direction, another, closer sound caught his attention. The sound of panicked running.
Driven by a desire to help, the giant moved in the direction of the panicked running. It only took him a few steps to find the runner, his footsteps being a lot bigger than theirs. A tiny child lay at the base of a tree, a dark red stain letting him know that her leg was hurt.
He knelt down in order to see the girl better, being careful not to accidentally knock over any trees as he did so. Now that he got a closer look, he could see that it was definitely a gunshot wound in the girl’s leg.
“Gun...” He uttered the word with evident concern, holding out a hand towards the girl, but not quite sure how to help without hurting her further.
