What she means: Steve Harrington is such an angel and people still say that he is a bad person. He does not have to be involved in any of this but he chooses to because he just cares about people and loves Nancy and those kids. He volunteered to stay with the kids and was willing to do anything to keep them safe repeatedly putting his life in danger for them. He goes to monthly dinners with Barbs parents even though he didn’t even really know her and would do anything for Nancy even though she doesn’t really love him. He went from being a typical highschool asshole to being a good man who puts other people before himself and would do anything for the ones he cares about. He also loves Dustin Henderson and would give that boy the stars in the sky if he could. Like he picked him to take him to the dance, gave him tips on what to do with his hair, and then gave him a pep talk before letting him go inside. STEVE HARRINGTON IS A GOOD BOY AND HE DESERVES BETTER THAN THIS.
