I ran for the first time in two years tonight and I ran for 15 minutes at 4.7 mph and I could’ve kept going for what felt like ever

I’m proud of me

I am not nearly as out of shape as I thought

Also I can flat bench 25lbs now for 8 reps and 17.5 on an incline 12 reps I’m proud of meeeee

Last night my arthritis was hurting pretty badly and I was really nervous I’d wake my boyfriend up so I was trying to be quiet but it was proving difficult. I sat up and tried to massage my hand and he immediately sat up and started kissing my back and saying he was sorry my arthritis was hurting me, I asked him if he could heat up my heat pack and he immediately jumped out of bed and microwaved it for me.

I need to stop thinking I’m going to irritate him, he’s so wonderful to me.

When I quit my job at the sign shop my boss there literally said when I said it was because of my arthritis "don't you think that's the sort of information you should share when you're applying for a job" Like fuck you you fucknugget my disability and health are none of your damn business. My arthritis hasn't been a problem since I was 15 it's your incredible incompetence that's making this work environment so stressful that's causing my arthritis to bother me.

My hair is at the weird length and I'm displeased I need to grow it out The process is so gruelling

My quality of life has increased dramatically since moving in with Jake. We work out everyday, we eat well everyday, I get to see him everyday. The only thing missing is in trying to find a job But I have left over pay from my other job so that's not even detrimental yet So much better
