This is for a little au thing where Wilson ends up going triumphant while on the throne and is testing things out, but he hasn't really done anything evil yet. Mostly he's trying to see if he can find a way out like this? (At least that's what he's telling himself.) He ends up meeting Willow and they start 'working together' to get to the guy who's on the throne- so yeah pretty much it's like Megamind, just not entirely so.
