I have this rule that I can only drink sugary stuff after I've finished a half gallon of water. So I finished my water hours ago but I've been full ever since but now I'm drinking some apple juice and it feels like I earned this cup of juice. I don't reward myself with food ever. Like if I want ice cream trust that's I've filled it into my calories but knowing I've successfully drank atleast a half gallon of water before I started filling up on other things liquid wise, makes me feel pretty fucking good. I was shaking my ass taking a spit of juice, like come on. 😂😂
