📍A two-story family home. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen, living room, and study room. The second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is designed for a family of two parents and two children/teenagers. There's also a garage next to the house, which is equipped with a mini-gym, workshop, and space for a PlayStation. I'm planning on having a family from EA living here, who own the LaSoulie Point diner. An additional option is to open a mini-business and rent out the gym.

📍On the first floor there is a second-hand store, on the second floor there are teenage space with bubble tea, a stage and microphone, table football and other entertainment.

📍I didn't change this build much, I just added some details and made a place for the chess club and reading enthusiasts to gather.

📍This lot can be used as a coffee shop (cafe), a residential lot, or a residential and small business lot. The residential lot has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a toilet. The coffee shop has seating both indoors and outdoors. There's also a bubble station. There's also a small business unit on the lot. I envisioned a workshop there before, but you could set it up with anything you like.
