hiiii apartment requester here! i'm requesting just an apartment unit. i tend to get stuck in a white/pale beige/pale green rut so could you do maybe an industrial style or just generally something darker? my newcrest is very nyc inspired so maybe that would fit!

Hello, and sorry that this took so long. Let's just say the past couple of weeks haven't been very good to me (essays and a sick kitten). But I finally finished the build request! It's called two roommates loft on my gallery page (same name as here). I uploaded it as a lot rather than a room because it'd have to be in multiple parts and you'd have to put it back together. I tried my best to fulfill your vision for this loft to the best of my ability, hope you like it!

Let me know if you have any problems, as my gallery is a bit glitchy rn!

hiii! i was wondering if i could request a build for my two sims! cc or not is fine either way, whichever is more fun for you. i am wanting a lofted apartment or an apartment with a quirky layout in some way for two roommates, one a bi cis guy who is very nerdy in the zelda t shirt cargo shorts kinda way(career is park ranger), and a trans guy who is very into hippie dippie bullshit (career is education) LOL they also have a large doberman (boy if that matters) no specific color schemes in mind, but i would LOVE if its primarily mid tones or dark tones. if theres cc i would LOVE a dl list, if no cc feel free to just post on the gallery! ty!!

just noticed i hit 500 followers on here, so thank you soooo much! i've been learning about photoshop and blender (oh my it's been difficult to get the hang of). obviously that cc set i wanted to make is going to take longer than i thought. i've actually been getting back into cc slowly, only downloading things i'll actually use. i've gotten the urge to build a large manor, probably for off-screen playing and screenshots. i tried a long time ago, but furnishing it was kind of difficult because of how huge it was. maybe something georgian? still working on my save, but i've abandoned the empty world idea (for now), i'm just way too busy. getting better at cas, especially my male sims. i'll end this post with one of my recent sims, who was taken away from me by the perpetual loading screen (still not over it).

ok so idk if anyone is gonna see this but i kind of want to start making cc bc there are certain styles that are kind of hard to find and only a handful of creators make them sooo... i was thinking of just trying to make my own stuff. i'm gonna make a mini cc set that will include a pillow, lamp, carpet, poster, and possibly a chair/puff. i'm gonna make a poll for the style and would love if y'all could vote!
