Weird Stuff & My New Job
Hey guys, got work at this awesome new gym, however it’s in another town to where my gym is so I probably won’t be able to go the gym until the gym I’m working at gets its equipment (as it hasn’t even opened yet) so it’s gonna be hard for me to go to the gym. I’m gonna give myself a little time off because it’s stressing me out a bit. I love the new job though, I’ll keep posting on here! Thanks, J

Day #8 of Candito Linear
Squat 3 x 6 x 60kg
Deadlift 2 x 6 x 65kg (I accidentally did a third set and the form was terrible anyway)
Leg Press 3 x 10 x 86kg
Hamstring Curls 3 x 10 x 55kg
I increased the weight on my Leg Press and Hamstring Curls today, hit my macros pretty good so far as well. I’m not going to the gym tomorrow, though because I’m starting this new job that I’ve been really excited for for a while, so I had to make today’s session count.
How do cheat meals work? Do you have a calorie limit?
You define your cheat meal.
Cheat meals are mainly useful to:
1) keep a healthy relationship with food
2) help you spike leptin levels which will help you lose fat.

Hey, I’ve done nothing today as you can probably tell from my last post so I thought I might do something productive and create a list of home workouts you guys can do to help get that V-Taper you so deserve! They should be up in a few days/weeks depending on how many I do.
Day #6 of Candito Linear
All I’ve eaten today is junk .... I can’t ... move ............ I ... need ...... Cardio
Lol. Today has been comfort food central, I’m feeling pretty ill today so I’ve just laid in bed all day with bae and watched Bob’s Burgers. Tomorrow I’m gonna have to cleanse my soul with copious amounts of salad and cardio.
Late Day #5 of Candito Linear
Hey, sorry I forgot to post this yesterday. I felt so Ill and practically slept all day. Still hit my macros, though and hit a Control Upper Body Day with 25mins of Elliptical beforehand:
Spoto Press 6 sets x 4 reps x 35kg
Pause Barbell Row (pause at full contraction) 6 sets x 4 reps x 30kg
Machine Shoulder Press 1 set x 10 x 27kg
Pulldown (not paused) 1 set x 10 x 36kg
Tricep Pushdown 3 x 10 x 27kg
Incline Dumbbell Press 3 x 10 x 12kg per arm
Pre T transguys

Smashed legs today. I really want to get my Pause Squat up to about 60kg. All in due time though, I’d never done a Pause Squat before today so it’s going to take time.
