Day 9: I’ve taken all of my clothes off because of the crushing weight on my lower back that I can’t shake off. The coolant makes it more intense but in an aesthetic cool way. I’m fucked to the brink of death w pain and I feel like there’s something presssing down on me person, it is hard to breathe. I remind myself it’ll be okay, this is just the worst flare up you’ve ever had. And I truly believe that it will be okay.
