Our bedtime routine:

* Most nights Daddy diapers me and gets me ready for bed in my @onesiesdownunder

* Next it’s time to brush our teeth and get into bed… Can’t forget paci or my bottle of course!

* Daddy always lets me snuggle into his chest while he puts on my soothing sounds. He uses an app that plays sounds of rain, trains, and the ocean.

* Together we count to 10 sheep while he rubs my back and cuddles me close.

* After I’m relaxed he will gently roll me over as he says “it’s tummy time.”

* I roll onto my tummy and gently rock myself back and forth until I fall asleep.
