sorry, this is't a confession or anything, more of an actual question, i am desperately in need for cheap but good quality makeup, i can't afford MAC or any american brands, the only ones in the u.k are the ones the shops make themselves and they bring me out in zits, any good brands where you can get a good liquid eyeliner for under £5?
