Do you have any recommendations for someone within driving distance (Chicago, Louisville, Cincinnati, St. Louis, etc.) of Indianapolis? My sister loves Alice Carrier's work more than anything on earth and wants something like it. I've looked around a bit, but I don't have the best eye for that type of work.

I would check out Tine at black oak tattoo in Chicago and Butterfat tattoo in Chicago. She should try to be open to different styles if she isn’t willing to get work by Alice. As most tattooers won’t directly copy other artists work. Good luck!
