Hikaru’s only with the band for a few more days. Please click through above to send your thoughts and messages -- however short -- to be included in a message book at his last live on 11/12.

⇒I don’t have much to say and I’ve never seen them live. What can I even write? A few contributors have simply said “thank you” and signed their name. It’s enough to have a tiny message and your name included, to show Hikaru the love from so many people all over the world. ⇒I’m having a hard time getting started. Do you have any suggestions for what to write? Tell him why you like the band, when/why you started listening to them, what your favorite “look” of his is, what you thought of his Halloween costumes -- hopefully those can get you started! ⇒Can I include a photo that isn’t of me? Or fanart? Sure! Anything will do. Please remember that we’re closing submissions at 11:59 pm today, Japan time -- that’s 10 hours away.

Farewell Hikaru Message Project

There’s very little time to put this together and it’s going to be hack-and-slash because I’ve also got very little time to dedicate to it. But I’ll do my best!

I (one of your mods) am going to Hikaru’s last live with THE GALLO on 11/12. I’d like to put together a message book from fans all over the world. Even if you barely know the band or barely have anything to say, it would be so nice to have something from you if you’re seeing this. :) Even a small “thank you” is honestly enough.

(I can compile short messages on the same pages as other short messages. Don’t be shy!)

The breakdown:

- Use the submit box, not the ask box, in case your message gets long - Use English or Japanese. English messages will be translated into Japanese - Include your name (or nickname), country, and message. - Bonus: Include a photo of yourself, even better if you have one from an in-store with the band, or if you can even take one holding a GALLO CD or something. Even if not, ANY photo of you is excellent, to show Hikaru that he has real human fans all over the world :) (Please LINK us to the photo in your submit.) - Submit by Sunday Nov. 8, 11:59 pm JST --I know, there’s very little time. Don’t overthink it, just write something!
