I know it's been said a few times already, but to me, I keep thinking about how he didn't have to do that. He didn't know them, in no way was he obliged to give up his own life for them. And the fact that he didn't even have time to think about it? That was his instinct. Seeing 3 young and innocent girls in harm's way and GIVING HIS LIFE AWAY so they could keep theirs, not even knowing who they are. You're already a hero if you do something like this for a friend or family member, but 3 strangers who wouldn't have been able to protect themselves? That right there tells me God put an angel on earth for a reason. This is what his life amounted to and to me, that's worth more than anything else.
