Never has he mentioned that he was an ulzzang during predebut (the only news we got was that he used to model, no pics unlike Woohyun.) Since being an ulzzang usually requires posting selcas online, the ones we see online (may I add a nice LOL here) are nowhere near enough to call him one. But his looks are worthy of being called an ulzzang. :)
