HAPPY 150TH CANADA!!

I know that there doesn’t seem much to celebrate today given our current losing streak and that 7-1 loss to the Red Sox, but I still believe in our team. We still have 82 games left. The next half of the season is still left to be played with roster moves left to be made.

A lot has changed since last year and even our strongest guys seem visibly frustrated with a lot of fans feeling discouraged. When I remember the miracle that was 2015 and how quickly this team can changed the course of the season, I feel that maybe there still could be a chance. Anything is possible in baseball. Even if we get to the end of the season without getting the results we want, I’ll still be incredibly proud of this team. They are giving this game everything they’ve got and you can’t ask for more than that. 

Anyway, I’m really proud that GoGo got a hit off of Sale today... even though he struck out three times. :P 

Plus, the Tulo-GoGo double plays never ever get old for me.

PS. If anyone is wondering why I haven’t been active online as much as last year, it isn’t because I have lost interest or hope for the Blue Jays. I started a new job last fall and we are not allowed to have our cell phones at work. Not to mention, this job really takes more time and energy than anything I’ve done before. It’s tough, but I’ll stick around as much as I can. The Jays seem to need our fan support more than ever right now.
