initial bake off thoughts, condensed: 

- manon doing really well in the technical and then calling it a wheeling wagon was a power move 

- i was relieved when terry’s 3D brandy snap face turned out well because he has a soft artist farmer vibe and i love him 

- kim-joy is a flower in human form 

- luke has some definite chaotic energy about him, i think its chaotic good but im keeping on my toes 

- i adore dan and his giant prawn / dick /  baby BUT im taking away points for calling his kids constance and barnaby 

- ruby didn’t do all that well this week but i have a feeling she’s going to be this years candice, and, regardless of baking, she has an INCREDIBLY powerful aura and also ponytail
