Re realizing truths already found. Discipline is a hard & scary word but it's a state, a trait I need. It will help me get what I want: the ability to provide for myself and everyone close

drugs are not a solution, they are an escape. smoking weed is not a solution, it’s an escape. we cannot escape every day of our lives  (humanity is hardheaded, impulse resists reality) “what you want is usually wrong”

it is useless to be frustrated in any context.

it is even moreso to be frustrated in front of anyone. privacy is at times more useful than publicity.

suicidal thoughts are useless, thoughts of a quitter I won’t get better by quitting. nothing will get better by me quitting. I miss Keri’s body but it was never mine. My fault for letting myself even entertain that intoxicating thought. I am alone for now. This is probably a good thing.
