This world is so beautiful. People are shipping Ryan gosling and markiplier. Because they were both in space movies you see
Tumblr users love to do things like this. I DO NOT mean this in a mocking way to be completely clear. I think it's cute. It reminds me of back in the day when people shipped jack frost and elsa cause they both have ice powers.
Or like the superwholock thing. Tumblr users like to go "I like this thing AND that thing.. What if my FAVORITE CHARACTERS met each other? Would that be cool or WHAT!" And the thing is it's absolutely adorable
You can say it's cringe or bad or missing the point of the movie all you want but I don't care. Yeah man, I bet it would be really cute if there was a happy ending and the blood murder man (in space) got saved by the dorky science teacher (in space) and they had yaoi moments. I'm so glad you're having fun
the most sexual emotion a man can feel is fear
Now why would Tumblr user twinktorturer say something like this
alright I've got to do some quick math to explain attitudes towards AI to my boss.
we're looking to create an AI policy, and when we were talking about this, my boss (older millennial) was genuinely shocked to hear that younger people do not (seem) to view AI positively (a la the recent commencement speakers being booed)
please rb for larger sample size!
Question 1/3
What is your age, and do you feel AI is a net positive or net negative in our lives today?
under 18, AI is a net positive
under 18, AI is a net negative
18-29, AI is a net positive
18-29, AI is a net negative
30-45, AI is a net positive
30-45, AI is a net negative
46-60, AI is a net positive
46-60, AI is a net negative
over 60, AI is a net postive
over 60, AI is a net negative
Question 2/3
How often do you visit or interact with museums/archives (whether in person or online)?
Frequently (multiple times per month)
Often (multiple times per year)
Occasionally (a couple times per year)
Rarely (once every couple of years)
Never :(
Question 3/3
If you saw a museum was using AI in exhibits, marketing, research, etc., would you be more or less inclined to visit that museum?
under 18, more inclined
under 18, less inclined
18-29, more inclined
18-29, less inclined
30-45, more inclined
30-45, less inclined
46-60, more inclined
46-60, less inclined
over 60, more inclined
over 60, less inclined
Thank you for helping with this data collection. Please rb for as big a sample as possible!

easy to miss that one of the reasons maternal mortality is diminished so extremely by modern medicine is that modern medicine makes it so much more possible to identify the pregnancies that will die and take you with them, or are otherwise unacceptably high risk. and then discontinue those ones safely, before it's too late.
thought about this because it's so frustrating when people argue that 'dying in childbirth' is a historical sort of event that doesn't happen nowadays (false) and therefore is irrelevant to the legal status of abortion, since it's not a real danger.
except it super is, and i think a lot of people haven't noticed that this argument in addition to simply being incorrect is basically the same as when people say we don't need vaccines for deadly diseases because no one gets those now anyway.
like yeah one reason for that is we vaccinate everybody ffs.
Note: after the end of Roe v Wade in the US, the maternal mortality rate (and the infant mortality rate) are showing clear increases in the states with the strictest anti-abortion laws.
Forcing people to carry high risk or non viable pregnancies to term kills.
June is soul food month too btw
whoa!!!!
(with recognition that all three of these categories obviously overlap in a way that cannot be perfectly represented by this meme xoxo)
updated to be more accurate thank you for the input!!!
Hitomi and Hitch !
also with Hitch and Hitomi: I want them to be representation of trans people I know and MYSELF with Hitch especially. I know so many ppl see themselves in these two so that makes me happy as hell!
insane how many of you will just assume that a trans woman has a penis, and that it wouldn't be something she might have any dysphoria about
One of my funniest interactions with medical personnel was when I went for an ADHD assessment around 3 years on HRT, and the specialist said "Gender incongruence? So you want to be a man?"
Medical pros keep asking me if I'm pregnant.... and I'm like.... pretty sure I'm not, no
pussy out demily art with labia scars
just cause I don't have a dick doesn't mean you get to remove the trans woman tag from my pics. keep it
this pussy is designer
It’s that time of year again so here is your yearly reminder that the world isn’t ending and people don’t hate you. The sun is just setting at 6 pm.
Please take your vitamin D
HEY SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE GIRLIES, ITS OUR TURN TO ENDURE THE DARK DAYS NOW, BUT STAY STRONG. THE WORLD IS NOT ENDING; THE SUN IS JUST SETTING AT 5-to-6 PM. BUT SHE WILL COME BACK TO US SOON. TAKE A VITAMIN D AND HANG IN THERE.
Honestly, this modern belief that folklore creatures worked on arbitrary and incomprehensible rules is mostly wrong. They worked on rules that made sense in cultural context. If they don't make sense to you, that's a knowledge issue.
Why must I be awake.

If there's one little tidbit we would like to share with other young transfems (or anyone starting E really): Don't push yourself to the point of crying.
Being able to experience emotions you've repressed for a long time is a very transitory experience, and you might cry a lot at first. This is okay! And it feels very cathartic as well when you're upset. But as you settle into understanding your emotions more, just be careful that you're not pushing yourself to the point of tears just to feel that catharsis. It's very easy to fall into a pattern of spiralling just because the only tool in your arsenal for emotional regulation is smashing the panic button. This isn't a personal failure; emotional regulation is a difficult skill to learn. If you start to feel shitty but not immediately bawling-your-eyes out shitty, do something nice for yourself; eat something, drink some water, lay down for a bit. It's not as glamorously cathartic as crying but your mind and body will thank you, and in time you'll get better at figuring out what your body wants. We're all going to make it. I love you.
