Call it simple, call me stupid, smack me in the face and tell me it's dumb, but my best answer to that question is:

Whatever you want.

As far as I'm concerned, feedism is all about the hedonism. The liberation. Lashing yourself to more rules and what you "should" eat takes the fun out of it. Surrender to your cravings. Never tell yourself "no." Find what you like and what you can eat in excess and just go nuts. Enjoy the process, and the result will be all the more satisfying.
