Vital's Unsteady - Chapter 14
Warnings: mentions of forcing to eat, anxiety, Myrna, mentions to alcohol, swearing, Derick, physical and emotional abuse, shouting, mentions of sex (but no actual smut), STD's, probably a badly explained medical exam (I'm not a doctor, i gotta google stuff!)

Wake up.
Have coffee. Force breakfast down.
Wish Derick a good day. Kiss him goodbye.
Shower.
Brush teeth.
Pause.
That had been your morning so far. Most people would’ve been stoked to have 3 days off work, fully paid. Most people would’ve slept in, enjoyed a slow morning, maybe taken up a new hobby.
But not you. You couldn’t sleep in. You couldn’t rest. You couldn’t suddenly break your routine.
You needed to work.
You couldn’t work.
And it was driving you crazy.
You tried going for a walk, hoping the fresh air and exercise might quieten your brain. It didn’t.
You tried cleaning Derick’s apartment, hoping that giving your hands something to focus on might stop them shaking from anxiety. It didn’t.
You couldn’t call anyone to vent about your feelings: everyone you knew was either at work already or worked the night shift at the hospital and would currently be getting some well-earned sleep.
You were barely 24 hours into your 3-day ‘work vacation’. And you were going crazy.
________________________________________________________________
Robby was going crazy.
Overflowing triage, no empty rooms, hallways filling up with gurneys and hospital beds, patients shouting, screaming, crying, complaining. Gloria was on his ass about patient satisfaction scores (again), patients had attacked 2 nurses, a power cut had occurred 2 hours ago, and the entire ED was still catching up with charting. Whitaker and Santos had bought some roommate tension to work with them, Langdon was having some kind of marital problem with Abby, Mel was worrying about her disposition, and Dana had decided that she was finally going to give up smoking, making her sharper and wittier than usual.
And Myrna was doing the rounds. Because of course she was, Robby clearly hadn’t suffered enough today.
“Heya, fruitcake.”
Speak of the devil.
“Myrna,” Robby exhaled before giving the woman a tired smile, pocketing his glasses and crouching down so he was at her eye level. “What chaos are you wreaking on my department today, huh?”
“Just need a fine doctor to help me with this deep ache,” Myrna smirked, looking Robby up and down and licking her lips.
“Myrna! You leave that fine man alone!” Dana barked before grabbing her wheelchair and pushing her away somewhere. No doubt she would be back in a few minutes, but Dana sensed that Robby just needed a bit of peace and quiet. Well, as much peace and quiet as you could get in the middle of an Emergency Department on a Wednesday afternoon.
“How you hanging in there, cap?” she asked, giving his shoulder a quick squeeze before resuming her position at the nurses’ station, immediately placing her glasses on her nose and looking over a chart.
“Ploughing through,” Robby chuckled, giving the clock a quick glance. Only 2 hours to go.
“Hey, isn’t it Abbot’s birthday this Friday?”
“Yes it is, the big five-o,” Robby nodded, folding his arms over his chest and reading over the board.
“He got any plans?”
“Why, you need an excuse to get drunk?” Robby chuckled before looking over at Dana.
“Always,” Dana grinned before picking up the red phone that had started ringing. “PTMC charge nurse. Go ahead, Medic Command.”
As Dana spoke on the phone, Robby quickly pulled his phone out and opened his text chain with Jack.
Dana wants to know if you want to do anything for your birthday.
Gee thanks 4 reminding me 🙄
You’re welcome!
Geez brother sense the sarcasm
So, birthday plans?
You mean other than wallow in self pity???
Come on, you only turn 50 once!
I’ll remind u of that when u turn 50 🖕
Ha ha! Anyways, fancy some drinks on Friday?
Cant. Working
You cannot work on your birthday! I will get Dana to alter the rota to give you the night off. We need to celebrate your birthday in style!
Youre not going 2 let this go, r u?
Absolutely not!
“Robby, we got a GSW coming in, ETA 2 minutes!”
________________________________________________________________
You were lounging on the sofa, flicking through TV channels, when your phone chimed.
Dana
Hey gorgeous! Hope you’re doing okay x We’re having drinks on Friday, Jack’s 50th. Would love to have you there 💜
You smiled at Dana’s message. She always kept an eye out for you, and she was actually the only person to message you today.
hey, i’m okay, trying not to lose my mind with nothing to do. would love to come to drinks, if it's okay with robby?
Well, it’s not a work event so he shouldn’t have a problem with it. And even if he does, I’ll deal with him.
😂 okay, count me in!
Perfect! You can bring Derick, if you want.
You paused. The last time you and Derick hung out with your colleagues, you ended up having a massive fight and spending the night apart. Even though you had made up and were now living together, you were worried that a similar incident would happen.
i’ll ask him and let u know
As you locked your phone and placed it back on the coffee table, your thoughts now drifted to finding a birthday present for Jack.
________________________________________________________________
Robby had never been so glad for the end of his shift. Sure, it was equally as chaotic as it had been when he arrived 12 hours ago, but that was now Jack’s problem to deal with. And boy, Robby did not envy him.
“Evening, brother,” Jack announced his arrival, limping over to the hub, his backpack strung across one shoulder. Pittsburgh’s infamous cold Winters were beginning to settle in, and it was aggravating his prosthetic. The last thing he needed was a 12-hour shift in an Emergency Department, but here he was.
“Man, am I happy to see you,” Robby breathed out a sigh of relief before pulling Jack in for a bear hug. The pair held each other for a few seconds before they were interrupted.
“Damn, and I wasn’t invited.”
“Good to see you too, Myrna,” Jack smirked at her before releasing himself from Robby’s grip. “What have you been up to?”
“Wouldn’t you like to know, Dr Abbot?” Myrna grinned, licking her lips and giving him a sultry wink, causing Jack to blush. Even though he had known Myrna for many years, he still occasionally got bashful at her advances. In his defence, she was the only woman in his life to offer him any kind of affection.
“Well, how about we get you all set up back in bed, and you can tell me all about it?” Jack offered, going to grab her wheelchair, but Robby stopped him.
“Actually, Myrna’s ready for discharge. She’s just roaming around and annoying everyone for the fun of it.”
“Fuck you, fruitcake!”
“Love you too, Myrna,” Robby smiled before turning to Jack. “And that’s my cue to leave. See you in the morning Jack!”
“Night, brother,” Jack waved him goodbye before turning his attention back to Myrna.
“Now, where were we?”
________________________________________________________________
“Babe, I’m home!”
You were startled out of your late afternoon nap by Derick’s arrival.
“Hey,” you peeked over the top of the sofa, greeting Derick as he walked into the living room and placed a kiss on the top of your head.
“You been napping all day?” he asked, lightly ruffling your hair before walking towards the kitchen, grabbing a beer out of the fridge.
“What? No, I just…” You trailed off as you shuffled after him, rubbing the sleep out of your eyes. His question had made you realise that you hadn’t actually done anything productive today, spending most of the day on the sofa.
“Anyways, doesn’t matter,” you mumbled. “How was your day, honey?”
“Fine,” Derick hummed, looking around the kitchen. “Why haven’t you started dinner?”
“What?” you frowned, crossing your arms across your chest.
“Well, with you not working and spending all day inside, I thought you might’ve cooked a nice dinner, ‘s all,” Derick shrugged, taking a big sip of his beer before walking back to the living room.
You remained standing in the kitchen, frozen to the spot. Derick was right; you had been so lazy today. He had worked hard all day, and you couldn’t even bother to make a nice, heartwarming meal for him to come home to.
Bad Y/N.
Deciding to rectify your mistake, you began bustling around the kitchen, grabbing pots and pans out of the cupboard and taking vegetables out of the fridge. As you put a pot of water to boil and began slicing vegetables, Derick entered the kitchen, his beer now empty.
“What you doing, babe?” he asked, leaning against the breakfast bar and following your movements.
“You were right; I should’ve made a nice dinner for you to come home to. I was thinking of a nice pasta bake, something warm and hearty since it’s cold outside,” you explained, giving Derick a quick smile before resuming your chopping. “Oh, by the way, Dana invited me out for drinks on Friday and said you’re also invited, if you want.”
Derick stilled at this.
“What?” he frowned, straightening up and walking over to you.
“Yeah, it’s to celebrate Dr Abbot’s birthday, just drinks with a few work people.” You remained focused on chopping the rest of the vegetables before turning around to grab the pasta out of the cupboard. However, as you turned, Derick grabbed your wrist. Firmly.
“Derick, please, you’re hurting me!” you cried, trying to paw him off, but his grip only tightened.
“Y/N, listen to me. I don’t want you hanging around with that Abbot guy any more,” Derick spat, his eyes darkening and his gaze never leaving you.
“Derick, stop!” you cried again, trying to break free from his grasp. He let go of your wrist but only to place both his hands on your arms, effectively trapping you between him and the counter.
“Y/N, fucking listen to me!” he yelled right in your face, causing you to stop wriggling. You looked at him, fear in your eyes, your breathing uneven.
“I don’t like how he fucking treats you. You’re not going to hang out with him anymore. Understand?”
You couldn’t speak; you couldn’t move, too frozen with fear.
“Understand?!” Derick roared, causing you to flinch.
“Yeah, yeah, I understand,” you nodded meekly, your voice quavering, your lip trembling.
“Say it!” Derick ordered, not loosening his grip on you.
“I won’t hang out with Dr Abbot any more,” you whispered, tears now burning your eyes.
“Good girl,” Derick nodded before releasing you and grabbing another beer out of the fridge. “Now, don’t bother me, the game’s on.” He didn’t even spare you a glance before exiting the kitchen, leaving you shaking, tears falling over your cheeks. You tried to compose yourself, grabbing the pasta out of the cupboard and putting it in the pot filled with boiling water, trying not to let a sob escape you.
________________________________________________________________
“Abbot, there’s a young woman who’s been waiting in triage for over 14 hours. Any chance you could take a look at her?”
Jack sighed from his seat at the hub counter, leaning back and staring at the ceiling.
“Can’t you get Shen or Ellis to take it?” he asked, trying to rub the deep frown out of his forehead. Unfortunately, those wrinkles were here to stay.
“They’re both busy with patients. Come on, cowboy, it looks like an easy case,” Lena held out the department tablet, shaking it the way one might try to entice a toddler with some candy. Jack let out another deep sigh before grabbing the tablet from a now grinning Lena and limping over to where the young woman was waiting.
“Alright, Miss Clark?”
“Lisa, please.” Jack glanced up to see a young woman, mid-twenties, peering up at him. Blond wavy hair, manicured nails, bright red lips, and eyelashes so long, it looked like she had 2 spiders on her eyes. Even though she was sitting in a chair, she had an aura of confidence, like she knew how attractive she looked. “And what do I call you, Doctor…?” she purred, peering up at him through those massive eyelashes.
“Abbot. So, what’s the problem, Lisa?” Jack asked as he sat down on the wheely stool. His leg was fucking killing him tonight.
“Well, Doctor Abbot,” Lisa smiled, sitting up a bit straighter. “Last night, I was being…intimate… with my boyfriend, and it was really painful,” she let out a little pout.
“Was this during penetration?” Jack asked, to which Lisa nodded.
“Were you and your partner sufficiently lubricated?” Jack asked as he wheeled over to the computer so he could log Lisa’s symptoms.
“Oh yes, Derick is excellent at foreplay,” Lisa grinned. Odd that her boyfriend shared the same name as your boyfriend. It was a popular name, after all. Jack didn’t think anything of it.
“Alright. Any other symptoms?” Jack turned around so he was now facing her.
“Hmm,” Lisa thought, tapping her finger on her chin. “I have been bleeding a bit, and it’s not my period. Sometimes it feels like burning when I pee. And I do have a bit of pain in my tummy.”
Jack hummed as he logged all the symptoms on the computer.
“Alright, Lisa. Sounds like an STD, but we should do a vaginal exam, just to be sure. If you want, we can have someone else in the room, or we can get you a female doctor, if that would make you more comfortable,” Jack explained, resting his arms on his knees and leaning forward slightly.
“I’m perfectly comfortable, Doctor Abbot,” Lisa gave him a smile that was all teeth. Jack just nodded before standing up.
“Okay then. You’ll need to change into this hospital gown, please. I’ll turn around to give you some privacy…” Jack couldn’t even finish his sentence before Lisa was stripping in front of him, grabbing the gown from him, deliberately stroking his hand as she did so. Once she was gowned up and lying back down on the hospital bed, Jack resumed sitting on the wheely stool.
“Alright Lisa, if you could scoot down a smidge and place your feet in the stirrups here, please,” Jack directed her, giving her a soft smile to try and make her comfortable. Even though he was a man, he knew that exams like these made a lot of people anxious and self-conscious. He always tried his best to make all his patients feel comfortable and at ease.
“Good. Okay, I’m going to start by checking the outside of the vagina first. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, we can stop at any time.” Jack gave her a final smile before starting the exam.
“Knock yourself out Doc. You’re not the first man down there, and you certainly won’t be the last,” Lisa joked, resting her arm behind her head. After a minute or two, Jack removed his hand and tilted his head up to look at Lisa.
“Okay Lisa, you’re doing good. I’m now going to do an internal exam. This might feel a bit more uncomfortable, but if you’re in pain at any point, let me know.” As Jack lubed up the speculum and slid it in, he couldn’t help but notice Lisa was now looking around the room, bored out of her mind. Well, it wasn’t the most fun of activities.
“Just going to take a quick sample, stay still for me.” Lisa nodded as Jack continued with the examination. After collecting the sample and removing the speculum, Jack looked up at her again.
“Alright, final part. I’m just going to do a quick manual check. I’m going to start by inserting one or two fingers while gently pressing on your lower belly with my other hand.”
“Geez, at least buy a girl a drink first,” Lisa grinned, shooting Jack a quick wink. Jack chuckled; under different circumstances, he would find Lisa’s humour charming, and maybe he would buy her a drink. Lisa hummed as Jack finished the examination, before ripping the blue latex gloves off and throwing them into the bin.
“Alright Lisa, all done. You can sit back up now.” As Lisa shuffled back up the bed, Jack heard the door open.
“Jack, we got a suspected overdose coming in. 2 minutes out.”
“Alright, thanks Lena,” Jack gave her a quick smile, waiting for her to exit before turning his attention back to Lisa.
“Right, Lisa, we’ll send this sample up to the lab, just to confirm what is bothering you. In the meantime, if you could make a list of recent sexual partners, please. If you do have an STD, they’ll need to be contacted so they can be tested. I need to go deal with an incoming trauma, but I’ll be back shortly. In the meantime, you can get yourself dressed.” Jack waited for Lisa’s nod of confirmation before giving her a quick smile and exiting the room, a sharp pain shooting up his leg. Damn this fucking prosthetic.
________________________________________________________________
“Okay Lisa, thank you for waiting.” As Jack entered the room, he was pleased to see Lisa was still waiting on the bed. If he had one more patient ditch on him tonight, he might rip off his leg and hit himself over the head with it.
“Of course, Dr Abbot,” Lisa smiled, pursing her lips.
“The sample, along with the examination, confirmed you have Chlamydia. You’ll need to take these antibiotics for7 days, then come back for another test to check if it’s been successfully treated,” Jack explained as he handed Lisa a paper bag with the antibiotics. “In the meantime, you’ll need to avoid all types of sex until we’ve confirmed you’re clean.” At this, Lisa let out a little scoff.
“Really? All types of sex? I can’t even give blowjobs?”
“No. You can risk the infection spreading to your throat, or to their genitals,” Jack answered, not even fazed by her question. After so many years working in the ED, nothing surprised him anymore.
“Fine,” Lisa slumped.
“Do you use condoms with your sexual partners?” Jack asked.
“No. It doesn’t feel as good. Plus I always make sure they pull out,” Lisa replied, throwing the bag of antibiotics in her handbag.
“Well, you should still use them. They help keep everyone safe and clean, and prevent the infection from spreading to others. Speaking of, did you make a list of your recent sexual partners for us to contact?” Jack asked, crossing his arms over his chest.
“Yeah, here,” Lisa handed Jack a slightly crumpled piece of paper, her messy handwriting scribbled all over it. “There are names and phone numbers on there. Is that all?” She tilted her head at Jack, twirling a strand of her hair around her fingers.
“Yep, you’re all good. Take care, Miss Clark,” Jack gave her a quick smile before turning to leave the room. However, as he placed his hand on the handle, he heard Lisa say his name behind him.
“Would you wanna get a drink sometime?”
Jack paused. Whilst there weren’t exactly any hospital rules saying doctors couldn’t date patients, he never partook in it. It always seemed awkward to him, and after losing his wife, he really struggled to be intimate with anyone. Not to mention the number of times he had coached Robby through messy breakups. Let’s just say, dating anybody wasn’t exactly on his priority list.
“Um, I’m not interested, sorry,” Jack turned to look at her, scratching the back of his head.
“Oh come on, I’m not asking you to have sex with me!” Lisa laughed. “One drink, that’s all. As friends.”
Jack stared at her, having an internal debate. On the one hand, she was attractive; he couldn’t deny that. She had a good sense of humour and was outgoing. Plus, he really needed to get over you: you were in a committed relationship with Derick, and as much as he hated the guy, he couldn’t see you breaking up with him any time soon. Nothing would ever happen between you two, and he needed to accept that. Maybe having a drink with Lisa would be the first step to getting over you.
On the other hand, all he wanted to do after his shift was go home, remove his prosthetic, and sleep for a minimum of 10 hours.
“Come on, Dr Abbot! I don’t bite. Unless you’re into that,” Lisa giggled, shooting him a wink.
Jack sighed.
“Alright. One drink. As friends. How does Friday sound? We’re having a work night out at the local bar anyway,” Jack offered, his hands in his scrub pockets.
“Deal. See you then, Dr Abbot,” Lisa grinned. Jack nodded before turning back around and exiting the room, walking straight over to the hub counter.
“Hey Lena, can you send out the standard STD testing message to these numbers, please?” Jack asked, holding the slip of paper up between his fingers.
“Not right now, I’ve gotta go deal with Radiology upstairs. Those fuckers are taking their sweet ass time sending X-rays back to us.” Jack winced: Lena was much like Dana in the sense that they were both kind-hearted, but you didn’t want to get on their bad side. He did not want to be with Radiology right now.
“Anyways, the template is saved to the system. If you’ve got the numbers, you can do it yourself, it only takes a minute,” Lena patted his arm before making a beeline to the elevator. Jack sighed before taking a seat in front of the computer and scanning his ID to unlock it. Once he found the template, he looked down to read the list that Lisa had given him.
Jack McFarland
Will Truman
Alex Leon
Derick Nelson
Wait a minute. Your boyfriend was Derick Nelson. Surely it was a coincidence. I mean, how many Derick Nelson’s were there in Pittsburgh?
Before he realised what he was doing, Jack was opening up the search engine and inputting the phone number that Lisa had provided. He knew that your Derick was an accountant at a local accounting firm based in Pittsburgh. Surely, if he searched his phone number and it was indeed your Derick, then that very same accounting firm would come up.
And it did.
There, right in front of Jack’s eyes, was a picture of Derick. Your Derick. ‘Derick Nelson. Financial Accountant at Apex Accounting.’
If Derick was a recent sexual partner of Lisa’s, then that means that he had cheated on you.
That fucking scumbag.
________________________________________________________________
Ding!
Derick finished taking a swig of his beer before glancing over at his phone. Hoping it was one of his booty calls, since you seemed to be in a fucking mood, he tore his attention away from the football game currently playing on his TV.
‘This is Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center. A recent sexual partner of yours has tested positive for the following: Chlamydia. Please book an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. Do not reply: this is an automated message.’
Derick scoffed, shaking his head. Fucking great, this was the last thing he needed. His phone chimed again.
Lisa 🍑

Derick smirked before opening his text chain with his Secretary, Ashley.
hey ash. u free 2nite?

no 😈
Derick smirked before pocketing his phone and standing up. As he stepped closer to the kitchen, he could hear you quietly humming. As he entered, he saw you taking the pasta bake out of the oven.
“Oh! Hey honey. Perfect timing, dinner’s ready,” you smiled, beginning to plate it up onto 2 plates.
“Yeah, about that. My mate Jordan just messaged. He wants to hang out tonight at his place.”
You paused your actions, a frown starting to form on your face.
“Oh,” you whispered. Here you had been slaving away for 2 hours in the kitchen for Derick, and now he was ditching you.
“I know. I was really looking forward to this, looks like you did a great job, babe,” Derick murmured, standing behind you so he could wrap his arms around your stomach and peppering the back of your neck with kisses. “You know I wouldn’t just ditch you like that, right babe?”
You nodded.
“You know I love ya, right?”
You nodded again.
“It’s just, Jordan’s been really struggling lately. Ever since his girl left him, he’s been all over the place, feeling lonely and shit. He just wants me to keep ‘im company for a bit. ‘s that okay, babe?” he asked, still peppering you with kisses and stroking his arms over your tummy.
“Yeah, ‘s fine,” you whispered.
“See, that’s why I love ya. Some girls would’ve thrown a hissy fit at me leaving to spend the night with my friend. But not you, right?” Derick had paused his kissing, turning you around so you were now facing him. You shook your head, gaze down at the floor.
“Yeah. You’re so good to me. You wouldn’t leave me, make me go crazy, like Jordan. Right?” Derick asked, placing his hands on your cheeks and squeezing them slightly. You shook your head again, your cheeks being squeezed causing your lips to pout.
“‘s my girl,” Derick smirked before placing a kiss on your lips, causing you to let out a quiet moan. Your fingers itched to grab him and pull him closer, but before you could, he let go of you.
“Right, I’m off. Save me some dinner, okay babe?” he gave you a quick wink before turning and leaving the apartment, leaving you standing in the kitchen. Alone.
________________________________________________________________
“Brother, you have got to stop calling me at ungodly hours in the morning!”
Jack exhaled at Robby’s outburst, knowing he wasn’t really mad at Jack for calling him. They both made a vow with each other, a long time ago, that if one of them called, the other always answered, regardless of where they were or what time it was. They had been through so much and seen so much that only they could truly understand each other. It was almost like they had a freaky twin power.
“Anyways, what’s up? Did you burn the ED down?”
“You wish Mikey,” Jack laughed, sitting down and leaning against the roof door.
“Is it Y/N?”
Damn Robby and his psychic powers.
“How’d you know?”
“Jack, listen to me. For the past 6 months, every time you have phoned me while you’re on shift, it’s been about Y/N. We’ve had countless conversations on the roof, in bars, in both of our houses, about your feelings for Y/N. Honestly, I was kind of hoping that with her being off for a few days, I would get a break from your pining for her,” Robby chuckled. Jack, however, wasn’t laughing.
“Do I talk about her that much?”
“Do bears shit in the woods?” Robby laughed again, trying to cheer Jack up. There was a moment of silence between them before Robby continued.
“Look, man. I know you like her. Honestly, it’s good to see you showing an interest in someone. But she’s with somebody.”
“I know,” Jack nodded.
“And even if she wasn’t, you work together. Trust me, that shit gets messy.”
“Yeah,” Jack murmured, massaging his leg to try and relieve himself of the pain he was in. The physical pain, at least.
Another beat of silence.
“You okay, brother?”
“Yeah, I guess,” Jack sighed, pausing his movements. “I actually called to tell you I made a date with someone.”
“Wait, wait, wait. You made a date?”
“Yes.”
“Like, a real date? With a real person?”
“Yes.”
“Damn Abbot, I didn’t know you still had it in you!”
“Fuck you, brother.”
Both men chuckled before Jack continued.
“This woman came into the ED. I treated her. She asked me to go out for a drink, so I invited her to our do on Friday.”
“Way to go, Jack. So, what’s her name?”
“Lisa. She’s really funny. Pretty too.”
“Good for you, man. Seriously.”
Jack smiled at Robby’s support, knowing that despite their differences and the occasional spat, the two men always had each other’s backs.
“Yeah. Figure’d it’d be the first step at trying to get over Y/N,” Jack explained, rubbing his forehead.
“I think that’s wise, man.”
The two men continued conversing for a few more minutes before Robby said he had to get some sleep. As he settled back into bed, he heard his phone buzz. Letting out a quiet curse, he lifted it to see your name lighting up his screen.
hi dr robby, it’s Y.N. i hope this isn’t too awkward, or unprofessional. i heard it’s jack’s birthday this friday. since you’re good friends with him, i was wondering if you could tell me some of his interests, so i could get him a present. no worries if not!
Robby couldn’t help but smile as he read your message. Both you and Jack were just 2 idiots who refused to admit you liked each other. Honestly, you were both kind of perfect for each other. If you weren’t in a serious relationship, he would’ve forced you 2 to get together by now.
Evening, Y/N. No worries at all. It is his 50th birthday, so a big milestone (despite what he says, LOL). He does yoga, likes the Pirates, is into 90s rock (probably before your time!). I could also send you a link to his Letterboxd account, he does quite like movies. Hope this helps!
this is perfect, tysm!
?
what?
What does ‘tysm’ mean?
thank you so much
You’re welcome, but what does the acronym mean?
You couldn’t help but chuckle at Robby’s cluelessness. Deciding to leave him on ‘read’ and let him realise his own mistake, you plugged your phone in to charge before settling down to sleep. You only had to get through 2 more days before you could return to work.
How hard could it be?
