The Slime in color! It can fit into any space that its little faceplate thingy can fit through.

JW accidentally invites a friendly alien slime creature to complete its molt cycle (which must be done in a safe, humid, and acidic environment) inside his stomach. Their minds are telepathically linked during this time. The slime gets bigger every time it molts off its nutritious outer shell and quickly starts running out of room. JW becomes increasingly inconvenienced by his rapidly expanding middle but can't really be mad because the slime creature is so apologetic and polite.
