hey! i’m following your shigaraki hand tutorial and i’ve already purchased all of the materials, but i’m wondering how you made the alginate molds reusable? i tried to make one last night and the mold got completely destroyed in order to take the hand out without breaking it lol.

Thats weird. I was able to take my hands out (carefully) and re use the molds. I did destroy one on accident though

Hello ☺️ For your Shigaraki hands, how much smooth on silicone and foam did you buy ? I don’t wanna buy too much or too little. Thanks in advance :)

Hi I have a question if you don’t mind. I’m going to a con next month as Shigaraki and was debating on what to use for his hands. Flex foam had crossed my mind, but I have never actually used that material before. I saw someone say a while back that their paint ate away at their foam and you had to use specific primers before painting.. in your tutorial it didn’t seem like you had much trouble with that step though, am I right?

Yeah I had no trouble with just paint. I did do a few coats though

Hi! I'm looking to do tomura and your hands tutorial is perfect! However, did that one pack of the trial size work for all 14 hands? or did you have to buy more?

I got 2 boxes of it and made 4 molds.

I have a question about your shigaraki tutorial, did you have to buy multiple silicone mold kits? And the foam stuff as well or was 1 set of each enough for all 14 hands? I know it says 4 molds but i wasnt sure if the molds were reusable

Around $100 if I remember correctly.

I'm curious how did you attached shigaraki hands to your clothes, your face, and on your head?

The one on my face was partially attached to the wig. Then I attached it with some spirit gum to my face.

In your Shigaraki cosplay. Can you tell me how to attached the hands in arms?

I just sewed them on my outfit and sewed it into the wig as well. A thread and needle go through easily

I had a question about your shigaraki hands. I used flex foam it 3 with alginate and it shrunk the foam when I took it out of the mold. Did you also have that problem as well?

No I did not! Thats really weird
