defending abusing women by saying “choosing to stay in an abusive relationship is consent [to abuse]” is like the most disgusting thing to come out of liberal feminism yet. The attempts by liberals to re-define “consent” and “choice” to neutralize oppression and violence, and lay the blame on the oppressed and the abused, is by far one of the most horrifying and harmful thing to come out of liberalism.
